Sandhill would like to inform our Members of an important change to our Board of Directors election process. Beginning this year, all voting will take place online or by mail-in ballot. There will be no in-person voting at the Annual Meeting. To ensure a fair and secure election, Sandhill has partnered with a third-party election management company, Survey & Ballot Systems, who will facilitate the voting process. Additional voting information will be provided in the Sandhill magazine and on our website before the election.

• Candidate Petition Pickup: Closed
• Candidate Filing Petition Deadline: March 13, 2026 (Closed)
• Mail-in Ballots will be mailed to Members during the first week of April.
• Voting Period: April 7-24, 2026
  • Online voting will be available during the voting period.
  • All Mail-in Ballots must be postmarked by April 24, 2026 to be counted.
• Meeting Date: May 2, 2026
• You must be a member of Sandhill Telephone Cooperative by March 31, 2026 in order to vote.
