As long as the member has not submitted the ballot, the credentials are still able to be used and they can log back in. Once the credentials are submitted (vote cast), then they are locked down and cannot be used again.

No, Survey & Ballot will send the election results directly to Sandhill's attorney, not to Sandhill. Election results will be confidential and will not be announced until the annual meeting on May 2, 2026 by the Sandhill attorney.
No. All mail-in ballots must be sent to Survey & Ballot through the prepaid envelope provided. Any ballots sent to Sandhill directly (mail, drop box, in-person, etc.) will be shredded to protect the integrity of the election process. Mail-in ballots are only accepted if mailed to Survey & Ballot directly.
